Our monthly snow shoveling plans offer all-inclusive snow shoveling services for one low monthly price.

Our simple monthly plans let you choose which areas (sidewalks, paths, parking pads) you need shoveled, and include snow shoveling for an unlimited number of snowfalls.
We shovel after every storm where snow accumulates (1cm or more), and usually complete our routes within 8 hours of snow finishing, except on heavier storms.
Following each heavy snow event (>10cm), we follow-up with an additional visit to touch-up any rough spots, and open up driveways block in by city plows.
With most new properties, we find it takes a few snowfalls to learn the best pattern for shoveling and piling snow, and we encourage customers to communicate clearly before our return visit so we can address any concerns.
Salt & Salt Alternatives
Our monthly plans can include the optional application of ice-melting products during each visit.
We can supply eco-salt at a cost of $25 / 15kg pail. Eco-salt we supply is left at your front door, and you are free to use it between storms.
In order to maintain the high quality and timeliness of our services, we serve only a limited service area around our shop at Oriole Parkway and Eglinton.
Most of our clients live in North Toronto, which includes Bedford Park, Chaplin Estates, Davisville Village, Lawrence Park, Lytton Park, Wanless Park, and Yonge & Eglinton.
You are in our service area if your postal code begins with M4P, M4R, M4S, M5N, or M5P.
We service our properties with shovels, plows and commercial snow blowers - gas-powered machines that can quickly move large volumes of snow.
Most of our clients are single-family homes with a sidewalk, a path to the front door, and in some cases, a front-yard parking pad or driveway that needs clearing. Many customers also add on clearing of paths to a side or back door, or to garbage and recycling bins.
Payments & Terms
We provide service only from the start date for your services, through the end of the season (April 15th). We invoice in advance on the 15th of each month (our full season runs from November 15th through April 15th).
We require an up-front 20% non-refundable deposit for the season, which is used as your final payment at the end of the season. You can cancel your services at any time without further penalty.
Our pricing formula is based on years of experience in the snow industry, and provides fast, reliable, and competitive quotes.
We do not offer discounts, specials, or sales on our pricing - all of our customers pay the same pricing, so you know you're always getting the best deal available.
